Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes the following:

  • Starting base salary ($59,000) is competitive and commensurate with experience.
  • $2,000 additional stipend for hard-to-fill positions (Math, Science, SPED, Tech)
  • Pay increase for continued education ($3,000 additional pay for a Master’s Degree in a related field)
  • $1200 Longevity Pay for every three years completed.
  • Performance-based bonus programs (up to $7,500) to award teachers’ efforts
  • A School Sponsored Health Care Benefits Plan (100% of the Premium Paid by the School for the entire family)
  • 403 (b) Plan for retirement with 5% School matching
  • Additional stipend for those who are willing to sponsor after-school clubs and enrichment programs.
  • Additional stipend for those who are willing to work in Summer School, Extended School Year (ESY) for exceptional students, and Saturday School Programs
