We offer a compensation package designed to attract and retain top educators—because great teaching deserves to be rewarded.

Starting salary of $66,000, commensurate with experience, with additional stipends for high-need roles

Up to $7,500 in performance bonuses plus longevity pay

Salary increases for advanced degrees and credits, plus up to $3,000 annually for continued education
